Itinerary

Your tour of picturesque Kerala begins in Cochin. Once you arrive at the airport or train station, our representatives will meet you and take you to your pre-booked hotel. Upon arrival, freshen up and have a cup of coffee or tea. You can then head to nearby shopping destinations. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

In the morning, depart by road to Mahabalipuram, acclaimed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its spectacular rock-cut temples. En route, make a brief stop in Kancheepuram, the city of 1,000 temples and one of the seven sacred cities of India. From there, head to the famous Shankaracharya Seer in Kancheepuram. Meanwhile, shop for exquisite Kanchivaram silk saris. Later, continue your journey to Mahabalipuram. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, embark on a guided sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram, including visits to the Mahishasurmardini Caves, Shore Temple, Krishna Mandapam, and Arjun's Penance. Later, continue to Panch Rathas, a group of monolithic temples, Crocodile Farm, home to over 100 crocodiles, the School of Art & Sculpture, and the Snake Venom Extraction Center.

In the morning, we will proceed with you to visit Tiruvannamalai, a Hindu pilgrimage city in the state of Tamil Nadu in southern India. At the foot of the sacred Arunachala Hill stands the vast and ancient Arulmigu Arunachaleswarar Temple, dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, with intricately carved gopurams (towers). The Sathanur Dam was built in 1958 on the Thenpennai River. Nearby are gardens, a crocodile farm, and a small zoo. Later, return to the hotel and spend the night in Tiruvannamalai.

Today, after breakfast, visit Pondicherry for sightseeing tours of the museum, botanical gardens, Bharathi Park, Arikamedu, Chunnambar backwaters, paradise beach, and personal activities. Overnight stay in Pondicherry.

Darasuram, Thiruvalanchuzhi vinayagar temple, Patteeswaram Durgai temple. ```` At 4 pm start visiting Thirumeyichoor where lalitha sahasranamam is created, Koothanur Saraswathi temple, Thilatharpanapuri or Adhi Vinyaka temple Srivanchiyam temple with a separate shrine for Yamadharmaraja Spend the night at Kumbakonam.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and return to Chettinad. Our representative will drop you off at the airport/train station for your flight. We return home. Enjoy your Chettinad Holiday Tour.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and drive to Rameswaram (4 hours' drive). Upon arrival, check in. Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Rameswaram. The temple here is very famous among Hindu pilgrims from around the world. Your itinerary here will also include other attractions in the surrounding area of ​​this temple town. The overnight stay is in Rameswaram.

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to Madurai. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon, continue with a local sightseeing tour of Madurai. The temple city of Madurai, situated on the banks of the Vaigai River, is one of the oldest cities in India with a history dating back to pre-Christian times. It was the imperial capital of the Pandyan Empire in the 14th century AD. Madurai was the seat of Tamil learning, and the last of the Tamil Sangams (Academies) was held here almost 2,000 years ago. The main tourist attraction is the Meenakshi Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Kanyakumari (7-hour drive); upon arrival at the hotel, proceed for local sightseeing in the afternoon. Kanyakumari is located at the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent and represents the site where spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda spent days in meditation on a rock off the coast. Padmanbhapuram Palace, Suchithram Temple, Devi Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Memorial, Gandhidham, and Trivenisagam are some of the tourist attractions in Kanyakumari. Enjoy the sunset in the evening, and an overnight stay at the hotel is arranged.

After breakfast, depart the houseboat and drive to Varkala. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and rest for a while. Later, you can explore places of interest such as Varkala Beach, Papanasam Beach, Kappil Lake, Janaradanaswami Temple, Anjengo Fort, Varakal Tunnel, Sivagiri Mutt, and Vishnu Temple. Varkala Beach, also known as Papanasam Beach, is located in the town of Varkala in the Thiruvananthapuram district. The beach is an ideal spot for sunbathing and swimming. Surrounded by lush greenery and golden sands, the beach is located in southern Kerala, on the northern border of the district. In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.

Varkala has several vacation spots, including a beautiful coastline, a 2,000-year-old Vishnu Temple, and the Sivagiri Mutt Ashramam, a little off the coast. Varkala offers phenomenal settlement offices for tourists and is fast becoming a popular wellness center with numerous Ayurvedic massage approaches. The coast, mineral springs, Sivagiri Mutt, and a 2,000-year-old Vishnu temple are all within easy reach.

After breakfast, today you'll head to beautiful Alleppey. Once you arrive, you can head directly to the houseboat, where you'll spend the night. The houseboats are the main attractions of Alleppey. You have the opportunity to cruise the backwaters while relaxing peacefully on the houseboat.

After a delicious Kerala breakfast, set out to explore a different side of the city. The second day is dedicated to Fort Kochi – Mattancherry side, which reeks of old-world charm, with all the palaces converted into museums, places of worship, and an eclectic lifestyle. The palaces were built and renovated by the Portuguese, Dutch, or British in their native architecture, as well as the Kerala style. The Indo-Portuguese Museum and Mattancherry Palace are two places you can visit to understand the foreign influences in Kochi. The Paradesi Synagogue in Jew Town, built by Spanish-speaking Jews, is one of the oldest active synagogues in the Commonwealth of Nations. You can also take ferry rides to complete your Kochi experience.
